Two Pictures

Anna sent me two pictures today.


This one is of Sky reading one of the Harry Potter books at a Starbucks in the Causeway Bay district of Hong Kong after a tiring day of school and tutors. He is re-reading the Rowling oeuvre.


This is True, a member of the Hong Kong International School Rat Pack, hobnobbing with the rich and famous. That's Cherie Blair, wife of the former British prime minister, beside him.

The boy in the purple shirt is Marchese Decocinis, True's best friend from Shanghai. Marchese lives in the same apartment complex as we do now in Hong Kong and he and True are friends again. Below, a picture of their early years.
