Sky's Suit, True's Cast

Sky had a Model United Nations conference on Friday and Saturday.

He got dressed for action.


He looks great in his suit.


And off he rushed, looking like a young diplomat.

He talked and talked about it when he came home Saturday night. He seems so grown up sometimes, but at other times, is reassuringly still just 14 years old.

True has taken up a crazy thing called a "rip stick," which is a kind of skateboard with a twisting joint and only two wheels. It looks impossible and dangerous to ride.

And dangerous it is. True ended up in a cast after a fall a week or so ago.

I've suggested wearing a helmet, but, well, that's what a Dad would suggest.
