Bread

Anna went to see the Poilane bakery today and came back with a huge loaf of their wood-fired oven-baked bread.

It was beautiful.

They call the loaf a "miche," which means "buttock" in French.
She's doing a story about the place.

We sawed into it and ate about a quarter with wine and cheese.
