Singapore Fling

We spent a long weekend in Singapore with the Cranley/Kanagaratnam family. A friend who works for the Ritz Carlton got us the Presidential Suite for a bargain price (I think it was US$300 a night).

It was a lovely suite and a nice break from Shanghai.

We did all kinds of things, including 'breakfast' with the orangutans at the Singapore Zoo. Sky wasn't crazy about that part.

The boys rode a pony...

... and ate ice cream.

We went to "Little India" and the kids had their fortunes told by a woman with a bird.

We ate Indian fast food with our fingers from a banana leaf.

There was a Spring Festival holiday fair along the waterfront across the street from our hotel so the boys stayed entertained.

"The horse was good and I was NOT scared."
